This policy explains how Magnus Veritas Partners LLC, doing business as MVMT Med Sales, handles information connected with our website and career-coaching services.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, city and state, professional role and experience, target roles, LinkedIn URL, resume link, goals, challenges, availability, referral source, purchase email, and a Stripe checkout reference. We also receive ordinary website and service records needed to operate and secure the site.

Payment information

Stripe processes payment-card and bank information. MVMT does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to its processing.

How we use information

We use information to deliver the coaching sprint, match an intake to a purchase, verify the checkout status with Stripe, communicate with you, schedule services, create your materials, prevent abuse, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We may share only the information reasonably needed with providers that support payment processing, website hosting, database storage, email, scheduling, analytics, or cloud file storage. We do not sell your personal information or use intake information for targeted advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. Email jcorbett@mvmt.health and identify the email address used for your purchase.

Third-party links and updates

Links to Stripe, LinkedIn, cloud storage, or other third parties are governed by their own policies. We may update this policy and will post the current effective date here.
