Refund Policy

Effective August 25, 2026

MVMT Med Sales provides customized, hands-on career coaching. This policy is designed to be clear about when a purchase can be refunded.

Before work begins

You may request a full refund before MVMT begins reviewing your intake or creating or customizing materials for you.

After work begins

Once MVMT has begun reviewing your intake, drafting or customizing materials, or providing coaching, the purchase is non-refundable except at MVMT's discretion or where required by law. MVMT records the work-start date in its service record.

How to request a refund

Email jcorbett@mvmt.health with the name and email used at checkout and a short explanation of your request. Never send card details by email.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank control how quickly the credit appears after it is issued.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is separate from a refund. If you need to move a coaching session, contact us as soon as possible and we will make a reasonable effort to find another time.
